We operate the root domain https://newcodes.app and software platforms including StudiOS (studio operating system) and Triage (conversational sales intelligence).

Account & Profile Data: When you register for our services, we collect your name, business email, studio name, phone number, and account credentials.

Conversational & Lead Data (Triage): When businesses deploy Triage for WhatsApp and Instagram, our webhook processes inbound message content, sender phone numbers, Instagram scoped user IDs, timestamps, and customer display names provided via the Meta Graph API.

Media & Production Assets (StudiOS): High-resolution photographs, video assets, proofing revision comments, and album spread layouts uploaded by studios and clients.

Billing & Transaction Data: Payments are processed via our PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway (Razorpay). We store transaction IDs, subscription identifiers, and billing history; we never store raw credit/debit card numbers on our servers.

Technical Data: We collect standard server logs, IP addresses, browser types, and anonymized diagnostic telemetry to ensure platform stability and security.

To provide and maintain our Software-as-a-Service platforms (StudiOS and Triage).

To execute automated conversational qualification and briefing generation on behalf of our business clients.

To process subscription billing, milestone invoices, and client payments.

To provide technical customer support and notify users about platform updates.

Strict Non-Monetization Policy: We do NOT sell, rent, broker, or monetize your personal data, customer chat transcripts, or media assets to third-party data brokers or advertising networks.

Meta Platforms Inc.: Delivery and receipt of WhatsApp Business Cloud API and Instagram Graph API messages.

Razorpay Software Pvt. Ltd.: Secure payment gateway processing.

Supabase Inc.: Encrypted relational cloud database storage and authentication.

Cloudflare Inc.: Edge proxy, DNS routing, and R2 cloud storage for media delivery.

Google LLC: Google Gemini API for natural language understanding, intent classification, and dossier generation.

Resend Inc.: Transactional email notification delivery.

All data transmitted between your device and our servers is encrypted in transit using Transport Layer Security (TLS 1.3).

Database records and sensitive tokens are encrypted at rest using AES-256 standards.

Administrative access to production environments is strictly restricted to authenticated personnel utilizing multi-factor authentication.

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the operational purposes described in this policy, or to comply with statutory legal requirements.
